I've found that I'm usually better off buying a more powerful processor than I need. I don't have to replace the computer as soon. So, in the long run, it's cheaper and I get to enjoy the performance also. For most people, unless they're only doing web browsing, I strongly recommend that they do not get anything less than an i5 unless they want to replace the computer again in 12-18 months.

I appreciate the dedication of the after-service team, who visited my home twice to address issues with the sound card and speakers, ultimately providing me with a brand new laptop. However, despite their efforts, I am still experiencing significant problems. My ''renew'' laptop frequently hangs, and during online meetings, the video turns purple and the sound cuts off. The entire ordeal has been unproductive and a waste of time. This ongoing frustration has led me to reconsider purchasing Dell products in the future. NO MORE DELL for me, honestly
